Thanks to this support, a 48-hour training programme will be carried out for a team of 25 Balidea professionals responsible for managing and administering teams and projects.
The Regional Ministry of Employment, Trade and Emigration of the Regional Government of Galicia (via the Sub-Directorate General for Employment, Qualifications and Skills) has awarded us a grant, known as 'Bonos Talento Empresa' (Company Talent Vouchers), to fund short-term training projects. This grant forms part of the 'Agenda de Capacidades para el Empleo' (Skills for Employment Agenda) and is co-financed by the European Union through the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+) programme.
Talent Company Bonds are grants aimed at companies, providing 'micro-credentials': short-term, non-formal training courses lasting between 16 and 100 hours for their employees. The aim is to finance investment in staff training, improving performance and skills, and thus increasing competitiveness.
The aim is to achieve 'a more social and inclusive Europe' by implementing the European Pillar of Social Rights, enabling employed workers to improve their skills by participating in the beneficiary organisations' training projects.
