Requirements
- Over five years' experience in preparing and submitting public tenders.
- In-depth knowledge of the LCSP and procurement procedures.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PDF, and file management software.
- Ability to organise and work to tight deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Analysis of tenders and public calls for bids.
- Preparation of all necessary documentation for submission to tenders.
- Coordination with the various technical and legal departments for the preparation of bids.
- Monitoring bids submitted and managing corrections or requirements.
- Support with processing and managing public and private grants.
- Keeping the document archive and tender databases up to date.
Valued skills
- Experience in technology companies or the IT sector.
- Intermediate or advanced English (B2 or higher).
- Knowledge of electronic procurement platforms such as the State Procurement Platform.
- Knowledge of document management tools.
- Certifications related to project management (PMP, Prince2, etc.).
- University education.
