Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in managing software development projects.
  • General knowledge of Java-based development environments, web frameworks, and databases (programming is not necessary, but understanding the technical context is).
  • Experience working with agile methodologies and management tools (Redmine, Jira, Trello, etc.).
  • Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage several projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Comprehensive planning and management of software development projects, from initial phase to final delivery.
  • Coordination of technical teams, assignment of tasks, and monitoring of progress.
  • Dialogue with customers and stakeholders to define and validate requirements.
  • High-level technical supervision, ensuring that solutions meet quality, scalability, and security standards.
  • Incident and change management during the project lifecycle.
  • Monitoring deadlines, costs and resources, reporting progress to management.
  • Promoting continuous improvement in processes, tools, and methodologies.

Valued skills

  • Experience in technology companies or the IT sector.
  • Knowledge of software architectures and web services.
  • Certifications related to project management (PMP, Prince2, etc.).
  • English B2 or higher.
  • Experience in projects in the field of public administration.
