Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in managing software development projects.
- General knowledge of Java-based development environments, web frameworks, and databases (programming is not necessary, but understanding the technical context is).
- Experience working with agile methodologies and management tools (Redmine, Jira, Trello, etc.).
- Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage several projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Comprehensive planning and management of software development projects, from initial phase to final delivery.
- Coordination of technical teams, assignment of tasks, and monitoring of progress.
- Dialogue with customers and stakeholders to define and validate requirements.
- High-level technical supervision, ensuring that solutions meet quality, scalability, and security standards.
- Incident and change management during the project lifecycle.
- Monitoring deadlines, costs and resources, reporting progress to management.
- Promoting continuous improvement in processes, tools, and methodologies.
Valued skills
- Experience in technology companies or the IT sector.
- Knowledge of software architectures and web services.
- Certifications related to project management (PMP, Prince2, etc.).
- English B2 or higher.
- Experience in projects in the field of public administration.
