Through a strategic plan that seeks long-term sustainability and specialisation in digital solutions based on artificial intelligence, Balidea aims to become a benchmark for innovation in Galicia. The primary goal of Balidea's 2024–25 Innovation Plan is to establish a robust framework that fosters innovation across all organisational levels. To this end, the plan will introduce innovations in organisational processes and products.

The aim of this plan is to optimise processes, innovate products and services, and improve Balidea's internal structure, so that it can continue to grow in the technology market.
