An AI agent for optimising administrative processes

The aim of this project is to incorporate an artificial intelligence agent into home hospitalisation services in Spain to reduce the administrative burden and improve patient care.

The solution will allow HADO (the Galician Home Hospitalisation Plan) professionals to interact with the agent naturally and in real time using voice commands to record patient progress, confirm data or make enquiries.

The project is set to begin in 2025 and conclude the following year

The project is co-financed with 25% of the funds coming from the Autonomous Community of Galicia.

Similarly, 75% of the funding has come from the Recovery and Resilience Facility under the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, which is financed by the European Union's NextGenerationEU programme. This funding comes from component 16 of the National Artificial Intelligence Strategy, Reform 1, and the Territorial Networks for Technological Specialisation (RETECH) initiative, as part of the 'Artificial Intelligence Value Chain' project.
