Buscamos un/a consultor/a con experiencia en la gestión de licitaciones públicas y subvenciones para reforzar el área de oficina técnica en la preparación, presentación y seguimiento de concursos públicos.

Requirements

  • Experiencia mínima de 2 años en la elaboración de propuestas de licitaciones públicas y/o solicitud de financiación pública de proyectos de I+D+i.
  • Capacidad para redactar propuestas y documentación técnica y administrativa con rigor.
  • Buen manejo de herramientas ofimáticas (Excel, Word, PDF, gestores de expedientes).
  • Habilidades de organización, autonomía y atención al detalle.

Responsibilities

  • Analysis of tenders and public calls for bids.
  • Preparation of all necessary documentation for submission to tenders.
  • Coordination with the various technical and legal departments for the preparation of bids.
  • Monitoring bids submitted and managing corrections or requirements.
  • Support with processing and managing public and private grants.
  • Keeping the document archive and tender databases up to date.

Valued skills

  • Conocimiento práctico del marco legal relacionado con la contratación pública (LCSP).
  • Experience in technology companies or the IT sector.
  • Intermediate or advanced English (B2 or higher).
  • Knowledge of electronic procurement platforms such as the State Procurement Platform.
  • Knowledge of document management tools.
  • Certifications related to project management (PMP, Prince2, etc.).
  • University education.
