Conditions for the transfer of data from the Curriculum Vitae

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (the General Data Protection Regulation, or GDPR), and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights, we inform you that BALIDEA CONSULTING AND PROGRAMMING, S.L. (Tax Identification Number B15850647) will process your data. The company is registered in Santiago de Compostela at Ed. Witland, C/ Dos Camiños da Vida, s/n, Bajo, 15705, La Coruña, Spain), acting as the data controller.

The purpose of processing your personal data is to manage your job application and include your curriculum vitae in the recruitment process. For this reason, your personal data will be kept until the selection process is complete, unless a legal obligation requires it to be kept for a longer period of time.

The legal basis for processing this data is the necessity for processing in the context of a contract or intention to conclude a contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR), and consent for inclusion in job banks. By signing this form, the data subject also gives their consent for the data controller to transfer the collected data to other companies or organisations with which they have commercial or other relationships and that are interested in certain job profiles for the same purposes as indicated above.

The owner of the personal data guarantees that the information provided is true, accurate, complete and up to date. They undertake to communicate any changes that occur and are liable for any direct or indirect damage or harm arising from a breach of these obligations.

The data subject declares that they have been informed of the conditions detailed in this form, and that they may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing, data portability and the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing (including profiling) at any time. To exercise these rights, they must contact the data controller at personas@balidea.com, providing sufficient identification and indicating 'LOPD' in the communication. They also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
