Requirements
- A minimum of five years' experience in software development project management.
- A general knowledge of Java-based development environments, web frameworks, and databases (although programming is not necessary, an understanding of the technical context is required).
- Experience of working with Agile methodologies and management tools such as Redmine, Jira and Trello.
- The ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage several projects in parallel.
- Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Comprehensive planning and management of software development projects from initial phase to final delivery.
- Coordinating technical teams, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress.
- Liaising with clients and stakeholders to define and validate requirements.
- Providing high-level technical supervision to ensure that solutions meet quality, scalability and security standards.
- Managing incidents and changes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitoring deadlines, costs and resources and reporting progress to management.
- Driving continuous improvement in processes, tools and methodologies.
Will be valued
- Previous experience working for technology or IT companies.
- Knowledge of software architectures and web services.
- Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, etc.).
- English proficiency at level B2 or higher.
- Experience of working on public administration projects.
