We are seeking an individual with experience in software development project management to ensure quality and meet deadlines, while maintaining smooth communication with clients and teams.

Requirements

  • A minimum of five years' experience in software development project management.
  • A general knowledge of Java-based development environments, web frameworks, and databases (although programming is not necessary, an understanding of the technical context is required).
  • Experience of working with Agile methodologies and management tools such as Redmine, Jira and Trello.
  • The ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage several projects in parallel.
  • Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Comprehensive planning and management of software development projects from initial phase to final delivery.
  • Coordinating technical teams, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress.
  • Liaising with clients and stakeholders to define and validate requirements.
  • Providing high-level technical supervision to ensure that solutions meet quality, scalability and security standards.
  • Managing incidents and changes throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitoring deadlines, costs and resources and reporting progress to management.
  • Driving continuous improvement in processes, tools and methodologies.

Will be valued

  • Previous experience working for technology or IT companies.
  • Knowledge of software architectures and web services.
  • Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, etc.).
  • English proficiency at level B2 or higher.
  • Experience of working on public administration projects.
