Budget: €703,376.42. Co-financed by the European Union (ERDF funds) and the Galician Innovation Agency with the support of the Ministry of Economy and Industry of the Galician Regional Government (Xunta de Galicia) up to an amount of €359,577.47.

Description: The SABIUS project deals with the issue of bathing water safety by eliminating the need to take samples and transport them to a laboratory through two developments:

  • Low-cost portable equipment with multiparametric detection capability.
  • An information system which would improve management.

This project is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) of the European Union and the Galician Innovation Agency (GAIN), and supported by the Ministry of Economy and Industry of the Galician Regional Government (Xunta de Galicia) through the Conecta PEME programme in order to foster cooperation among SMEs and the rest of the actors in the regional innovation system.
