  • Minimum qualification: Advanced vocational training in ICT.
  • Minimum of two years' experience performing technical support tasks in ICT projects.

Will be valued

  • Previous experience in user support.
  • Knowledge of:
    • Web applications using Microsoft .NET technologies.
    • Application servers (Internet Information Server).
    • SQL Server and Oracle database management systems and the data manipulation language (DML).
    • Deploying web projects.
    • SharePoint projects.
