Vision
We have implemented the Environmental Management Standard UNE-EN ISO 14001, following the requirements of EMAS, as issued by the European Union, the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSAS 18001:2007), and Corporate Social Responsibility Reporting in accordance with the Global Reporting Initiative GRI G3.
BALIDEA follows the best practices of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library), in order to provide our customers with the best quality service possible. Implementation of service management for information technology, for both internal and external services, UNE/ISO IEC 20000:2007, and has certification in ITIL for professionals associated with the company.
